At Skyraider USA, we take extreme pride in our aerospace-grade manufacturing, master gunsmithing, and precision craftsmanship. We want you to be completely satisfied with your build, tools, and accessories. Please review our return policies below.

1. Firearms, Pistols & Frames

  • FFL Refusals / Denials: If a firearm cannot be transferred due to a background check denial or state/local restrictions, the item must be returned to Skyraider USA by the FFL dealer. In these instances, a 10% restocking fee plus all incurred return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

  • Warranty Issues: Any operational or functional concerns with a Skyraider USA firearm after transfer are covered under our custom shop warranty. Please contact our technical team directly for warranty service inquiries.

2. Parts, Knives & Accessories

  • 30-Day Return Window: Unaltered (including fitting attempts), unused knives, tools, scale sets, and firearm parts may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, minus shipping charges incurred by Skyraider USA.

  • Condition Criteria: Items must be returned in original, pristine condition with all original packaging, hardware, and documentation included. Any parts that show signs of modification, forced installation, tool marks, fitting, or wear are non-refundable.

3. How to Process a Return

To return qualifying parts, knives, or accessories, please follow these steps:

1. Package the Item Securely: Pack the item safely to prevent damage during transit.

2. Include Customer Information: Include a slip inside the package containing:

3. Ship to Returns Department: Ship the package via a trackable carrier to:

4. Processing: Upon receiving the returned item at our facility, a team member will inspect the part and contact you to process any applicable refunds or exchanges.

4. Shipping Charges & Address Corrections

  • Shipping Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Outbound shipping costs paid or incurred by Skyraider USA on "free shipping" orders will be deducted from the final refund amount.

  • Carrier Address Fees: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Any address correction or package rerouting fees assessed by shipping carriers due to customer error will be billed to the customer or deducted from any processed return.
